This homewrecker is going after my brother, calling his work, his house, she is like a stalker or so

This lady has been married like 5 times is in her early 30's has 4 children and has been kicked out of her apartment and now is after my brother like really bad..He is Insurance Agent and she is one of his clients... She told him that she would leave him alone if he would just be with her for one night! I told him that something is wrong with her do not mess with her....His wife believes that he has been sleeping with her and thats why she is after him so bad!! He as a restaining order on her but it has not helped much......this is like a soap opera or something Any advice??????

my advise is to tell your brother to spend as much time with his wife as possible. The most important thing right now is to not let this other woman manipulate their marriage and put distance between them.....that is likely her goal. If they have children, watch the kids for them so that they can either leave town for a day or two, or even just go out on the town for a night. He MUST solidify his marriage in order to keep this other woman from accomplishing her goals.

Secondly, if there is a restaining order in effect.....use it. Call the police and inform them of her behavior. Video tape her tresspass and file charges against her.

First he needs to stop having her as a client. Second I would block all calls from her phone. Third if it is getting really bad then she is obviously breaking the restraining order and the proper authorities need to be told this.
Your brother needs to call the police. This lady is harrassing him and she is mentally unstable.

this sounds like your brothers problem and he is in the process of solving it.. just be supportive for your brother thats all you can do.. dont get so involved in his problem that you forget about yourself
Wow! That is quite a predicament to say the least. With the exception of ignoring her he may be able to file charges if she goes against the restraining order and then she will be thrown in jail. I'd go that route and have her put in jail...that will definately keep her away.
if the law doesn't seem to want to help you out then he can always go back to the court system and tell them that she is still stalking him.if that doesn't work let your brothers wife do what any normal woman would do kick her ***!!!!!
Sue her crazy *** for Pain and Suffering. And your brother should watch out because she might have an STD and is trying to give it to him.
The point of a restraining order is to keep people away! Call the police every time she bothers him. There is also something you can do in Mass I don't know about where you live but when she calls a landline dial *57 and then hang up. You can do it after you hang up too as long as you don't get another call before hand. Good Luck!

you can not live his life for him. He must clean the s^it off of his shoe. it does sound like she has had a taste and wants more. if you really must involve yourself .take the bull by the horns-find out what the terms of the R.O. is.if she has to stay a certain distance and you see her call and she will be arrested. then all the details will come out. If you talk to the PD with your concerns they might have a conversation with the stalker. is your brother a wimp or what. I am a older sister and would get in her face if she bothered my baby brothers who are over 50.
kick that lady she is wicked lady sue her or call police.
you need to let your brother take care of this ,if he was man enough to cheat on his wife then he better be man enough to take what ever happens there is alot of real nutty women out there so he better be care full
