Does Brisbane have an international landmark apart from the storey bridge?

Sydney has the opera house, Melbourne the Rialto, How is Brisbane recognised on the world stage?

I would say Southbank which encompasses the State Library, and the Gallery of Modern Art as well as the acres of man-made beaches, swimming areas, parklands, restaurants, hotels and shopping venues adjacent to the Brisbane River.

Its not in Brisbane but close. Surfers Paradise and Steve Irwins Zoo. Brisbane doesn't seem to have as many landmarks as other cities. It is still a nice city to visit though
The Goldcoast has the Q1 tower . The largest residential building in the world but I believe Dubai is going to beat that and Just above Brisbane is The Glass house Mountains they are an unusual site. Also Brisbane has Mount Cootha that you can drive up to view Brisbane, So as far as the world stage goes nothing that comes close to the seven wonders of the world but never the less it's the Capital of Queensland which housesThe Great barrier Reef. So I think we do alright
If you need a landmark to attract you to Brisbane, then there's little hope for you. Brisbane has become a world city just by being itself. We don't need flashy landmarks to advertise.
nothing really except for Q1 at the gold coast which is the tallest residentual building in the world. To the person above me, you are talking about the Burj Al Arab in the UAE, that is the tallest hotel, so we are still on top. I'd love to go to Dubai.
